Mug rate scales with swap size. Tiny trades carry 0.5–1% stakes. The whales play for 5–10% with a 5,000 MUG hard ceiling per event. A swap can move enough to make the dispatch feed remember your wallet for a week.
Targets and muggers must hold ≥ 0.25% of supply, must have been around for 5+ minutes, and must have traded in the last 24 hours. Flashloans get nothing. After being touched a wallet sits out 10 minutes — no whale gets drained in a single block.
